Audience measurement
We use Simple Analytics, a statistics tool that does not place cookies and cannot identify a visitor. It provides only aggregated data (page views, referral source, device type). These statistics are kept for 1 month.
Cookies
The website does not use any advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only one cookie may be set: when you enter the password for the Downloads or Resources pages, a technical cookie (atepi_telechargements or atepi_ressources) remembers your access for 12 hours. It contains only a signed authorisation and its expiry date, no personal data, and is read only by our server to display the restricted content. As it is strictly necessary for the service you request, it is exempt from consent, so no consent banner is required. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings; you will then simply need to enter the password again.
Service providers
- Web3Forms: forwards the content of forms to our team by e-mail.
- Simple Analytics: cookie-free visitor statistics.
- OVH: website hosting.
Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the National Commission for Data Protection (Luxembourg).
