Peppol e-invoicing
Mandatory e-invoicing: atepi is ready for Peppol.
Since 1st January 2026, VAT-registered businesses in Belgium have exchanged invoices with each other in a structured format, via the Peppol network. A PDF invoice sent by e-mail is no longer enough.
How it works
What is Peppol invoicing?
Peppol is an international network for exchanging structured electronic invoices, securely and automatically, between businesses and public bodies. The invoice no longer goes by e-mail: it goes straight from one software package to another.
Lost invoices, data entry errors, disputes.
The invoice arrives directly, readable by the recipient’s software.

Tax benefit
Take advantage of the increased deduction.
For the 2024 to 2027 tax years, small SMEs and the self-employed can deduct 120% of the extra cost of e-invoicing in their software subscription, provided it is shown separately on the invoice.
Your accountant can confirm whether this applies to you.
